The modern style and value of the apartments is complemented by the high-quality Ernestomeda kitchens that are included in the purchase price.

To provide the required thermal output, it was decided to install six Thermia Robust ground-source heat pumps. These were cascade-connected to allow them to be activated in sequence, depending on the required heating demand at any given time.
