Environmental policy

Thermia’s operations need to meet the requirements of laws and regulations, understand the needs of our customers, take into account the external environment and constantly work to improve our environmental performance.

Our efforts to achieve optimal sustainability at all stages of the product life cycle include:

• We are certified in accordance with ISO 14001:2023
• Our suppliers are expected to deliver accurate components using appropriate transport
• We continuously develop and improve our products for increased energy savings, reduced environmental impact and adaptation to the latest findings on climate impact
• We make every effort to ensure that our production facility is as resource-efficient and environmentally friendly as possible
• We deliver our products in robust packaging with coordinated logistics
• Our end customers/users receive a long-life product that contributes to reduced electricity consumption for the heating of interior spaces and hot water
• When one of our products reaches the end of its working life, our aim is that it should be at least 85% recyclable

REACH Declaration of conformity (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) is a European Union (EU) regulation that has as its goal the protection of human health and the environment from the risks associated with the use of chemicals. The REACH Regulation will affect industries worldwide and applies to all chemicals manufactured, used, or present in products in the EU. It requires each manufacturing company to make a REACH declaration stating which of the substances listed by the EU in the directive are present in the products it manufactures.
